Position: Worship Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services by selecting and performing music that aligns with the church’s mission and values
• Collaborate with the worship team to create an engaging and uplifting worship experience for congregants
• Coordinate rehearsals and ensure all music and technical aspects of the service run smoothly
• Provide pastoral care and support to members of the congregation
• Participate in community outreach and engagement events

Requirements:

• Strong musical ability and experience in leading worship services
• Knowledge of contemporary Christian music and worship styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• A deep commitment to the church’s mission and values
