About Lambo Chinese Buffet

Lambo Chinese Buffet is a well-established Asian restaurant located in the heart of Chinatown. Known for our authentic Chinese cuisine and exceptional customer service, we have been serving delicious dishes to locals and tourists alike for over 15 years. Are you passionate about Asian cuisine and providing top-notch customer service? Do you have experience in the restaurant industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Lambo Chinese Buffet is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We have the following positions available:

1. Server

• Provide excellent customer service to guests dining at the buffet
• Take food and drink orders and deliver them promptly
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area

2. Chef

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Chinese dishes
• Ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection and meet our high standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations

3. Host/Hostess

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Provide guests with menus and answer any questions they may have
• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

Requirements:

To be considered for a position at Lambo Chinese Buffet, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and culture a plus
