Job Position: Financial Planning Consultant

Job Description

As a Financial Planning Consultant at Lampe and Son, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals. You will analyze their current financial situation, develop comprehensive financial plans, and provide ongoing guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives. This role requires a high level of financial expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth financial analyses to assess clients’ current financial situation
• Developing personalized financial plans that align with clients’ goals and objectives
• Providing recommendations on investments, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning
• Monitoring and reviewing clients’ financial plans regularly to ensure they remain on track
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
• Excellent knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and tax planning strategies
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
