Position: Industrial Equipment Sales Representative

Job Description:

As an Industrial Equipment Sales Representative at Lanco Industrial Supply, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering solutions through our extensive product line. You will work closely with our team to drive sales, meet targets, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial equipment and supplies, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Identify and prioritize key accounts and potential customers
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the industrial equipment and supplies industry
• Strong knowledge of industrial products and applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
