Position: Construction Consultant/ Home Builder

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Consultant/ Home Builder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing construction projects from start to finish
• Overseeing all aspects of the construction process
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Supervising subcontractors and work crews
• Performing regular inspections to ensure quality control
• Communicating effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction consulting and home building
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
