Job Title: General Construction Manager

Job Description

As a General Construction Manager at Lankford Interests, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate and manage all construction activities
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Review and approve project designs and specifications
• Monitor progress and performance of subcontractors
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience with project management software is a plus
