We are currently seeking experienced Employee Benefits & Worker Compensation Attorneys to join our growing team.

Job Title: Employee Benefits & Worker Compensation Attorney

Location: Houston, Texas

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings involving employee benefits and worker compensation claims
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on their rights and options
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients’ cases
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Texas
• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits and worker compensation law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to advocating for clients’ rights
