Lark Legal is currently seeking experienced Personal Injury Law Attorneys to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Representing clients in court hearings and trials
• Providing excellent client service and communication

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
