Job Description:

We are currently seeking Automobile Accident Attorneys to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling automobile accident cases and a strong background in personal injury law. Responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice and representation to clients who have been injured in automobile accidents
• Investigating the circumstances of automobile accidents to determine liability
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients
• Preparing and filing legal documents, such as complaints and motions
• Representing clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on automobile accident cases
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
