We Are Hiring!

We are currently looking to add passionate and driven individuals to our team in the following positions:

American Restaurants

Chef de Cuisine

– Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
– Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
– Ensure the highest quality of food and presentation

Line Cook

– Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace
– Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Waitstaff

– Provide excellent customer service to our guests
– Take food and drink orders and deliver them promptly
– Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests

Brew Pubs

Brewmaster

– Oversee the brewing process and maintain quality control
– Develop new and innovative beer recipes
– Ensure a safe and sanitary brewing environment

Bartender

– Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely manner
– Provide recommendations on our selection of craft beers and cocktails
– Maintain a clean and organized bar area

Server

– Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
– Assist with food orders and provide excellent customer service
– Work efficiently in a busy pub setting

Mexican Restaurants

Head Chef

– Create authentic Mexican dishes using fresh ingredients
– Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
– Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

Prep Cook

– Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking
– Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
– Keep the kitchen clean and organized

Host/Hostess

– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
– Manage reservations and waitlist
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
