Laswell, Gregg, ATTY is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Accident & Property Damage Attorney. Position: Accident & Property Damage Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of personal injury and property damage cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
