About Us:

Latino Hair Salon & Spa is a full-service beauty salon and spa located in the heart of the city. We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of services to our diverse clientele, including haircuts, styling, coloring, manicures, pedicures, facials, and more. Our team of experienced stylists and estheticians are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience to each and every one of our clients.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Hair Stylist
• Esthetician
• Manicurist/Pedicurist
• Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

Hair Stylist:

• Provide hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients
• Consult with clients to determine their individual hair care needs and preferences
• Recommend hair care products and treatments to clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

Esthetician:

• Perform facials, waxing, and other skin care treatments
• Provide skincare recommendations to clients
• Ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience for clients
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in treatment rooms

Manicurist/Pedicurist:

• Provide nail care services, including manicures and pedicures
• Recommend nail care products to clients
• Ensure a high standard of sanitation for all tools and equipment
• Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients

Front Desk Receptionist:

• Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings
• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
• Assist with retail sales and inventory management

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the beauty industry and committed to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidates will have:

• Valid state cosmetology or esthetician license (for stylist and esthetician positions)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
