Job Description:

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Bankruptcy Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bankruptcy law and a strong commitment to helping individuals overcome financial challenges. As a Bankruptcy Law Attorney at our firm, you will:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance on bankruptcy matters
• Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other legal documents
• Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure understanding of the bankruptcy process

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law
• Strong knowledge of federal and state bankruptcy laws and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
