Child Custody Attorney

Family Law Attorney

Are you a compassionate attorney who specializes in family law matters? Do you have experience in divorce, child custody, and other family law cases? If you are dedicated to helping families resolve their legal issues with integrity and empathy, we want you on our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in child custody, divorce, and other family law cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare for hearings and trials
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Attend court hearings and trials to advocate for clients’ rights
• Negotiate settlements and other resolutions on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• 3+ years of experience in family law practice
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
