Position: Employee Benefits & Worker Compensation Attorneys

As an Employee Benefits & Worker Compensation Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for representing clients in matters related to employee benefits, workplace injuries, and compensation claims. Your duties will include:

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Preparing legal documents
• Negotiating settlements
• Representing clients in hearings and trials
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients

Position: Social Security & Disability Law Attorneys

As a Social Security & Disability Law Attorney at our firm, you will specialize in representing clients in cases related to Social Security Disability benefits. Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating clients’ eligibility for benefits
• Assisting clients with the application process
• Appealing denials of benefits
• Representing clients in administrative hearings
• Advocating for clients’ rights

Requirements

To be considered for a position at the Law Firm of Tambra L Visnoski, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Experience in Employee Benefits & Worker Compensation or Social Security Disability Law
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
