Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Prepare and file legal documents with the court on behalf of clients.
• Communicate with clients, creditors, and other legal professionals involved in the bankruptcy process.
• Provide legal guidance and advice to clients on bankruptcy laws and procedures.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the state bar association.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
