Position: General Practice Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare legal documents, such as contracts, wills, and deeds
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Maintain client confidentiality and trust

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general practice law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
