Lee, P, we are currently looking to expand our team with experienced Automobile Accident Attorneys, Personal Injury Law Attorneys, and Attorneys who are passionate about helping individuals in need. Job Description

• Represent clients in automobile accident cases and personal injury lawsuits
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients’ cases
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the cases
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably in automobile accident cases
• Demonstrated success in negotiating settlements and litigating cases
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
