We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Immigration Law Attorneys:

Our firm is seeking experienced immigration law attorneys to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals. As an immigration law attorney at the Law Office of Ivan Neel, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of immigration cases, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, asylum applications, and more.

Attorneys:

In addition to immigration law attorneys, we are also looking for attorneys with experience in other practice areas to join our firm. Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in immigration proceedings before the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Court, and Board of Immigration Appeals
• Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions on behalf of clients
• Conduct legal research and draft legal briefs and memoranda
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and outside agencies to achieve successful outcomes
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law (for immigration law attorneys)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
