Job Position: Corporation & Partnership Law Attorneys

As a Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney at the Law Office Of Jeffrey S. Wyman, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters related to business entities, partnerships, and corporations. You will work closely with clients to provide legal advice, draft legal documents, and represent them in court as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients on various corporate and partnership law matters.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.
• Representing clients in business transactions, negotiations, and litigation.
• Researching and staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations in the field of corporate and partnership law.

Job Position: Family Law Attorneys

As a Family Law Attorney at the Law Office Of Jeffrey S. Wyman, you will be responsible for handling legal matters related to family relationships, such as divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence. You will work closely with clients to provide compassionate legal support and representation throughout their family law cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on their rights and options in family law matters.
• Handling cases involving divorce, child custody, spousal support, and other family law issues.
• Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court proceedings.
• Providing emotional support and guidance to clients during challenging times.

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in the relevant legal field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
