Position: Divorce Attorney

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Divorce Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, particularly in divorce cases. As a Divorce Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for representing clients in divorce proceedings, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice and guidance.

Responsibilities:

– Represent clients in divorce proceedings
– Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
– Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
– Draft legal documents, including petitions, responses, and agreements
– Conduct legal research and analysis
– Attend court hearings and mediations
– Maintain communication with clients throughout the legal process

Qualifications:

– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the state bar and in good standing
– Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on divorce cases
– Strong knowledge of family law statutes and regulations
