Job Title: Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of Accident & Property Damage or Personal Injury cases from start to finish.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and attend court hearings on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in [insert state where the job is located].
• Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in Accident & Property Damage or Personal Injury Law.
