Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and develop appropriate legal strategies
• Prepare and file various immigration applications, petitions, and motions on behalf of clients
• Represent clients in immigration court hearings and other legal proceedings
• Research and stay up-to-date on changes in immigration laws and regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal services to clients

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
• Experience practicing immigration law, with a focus on family-based and employment-based immigration preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
• Fluency in languages other than English is a plus
