Job Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and related issues
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the duration of their cases
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction where the position is located
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on divorce and related matters
• Demonstrated success in managing a caseload and achieving positive outcomes for clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and writing abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
