We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bankruptcy Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with bankruptcy filings, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and providing support to our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with completing bankruptcy forms and gathering necessary documentation
• Prepare legal documents, including petitions, schedules, and statements
• Conduct research on bankruptcy laws and regulations
• Communicate with clients, creditors, and court representatives
• Provide administrative support to attorneys during bankruptcy proceedings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bankruptcy law
