Position: General Practice Attorney

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled General Practice Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in general practice law, with experience in handling a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance on general practice issues
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
• Research and analyze laws and regulations
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general practice law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Immigration & Naturalization Consultant

We are also looking for a dedicated Immigration & Naturalization Consultant to assist our clients with immigration-related matters. The ideal candidate should have expertise in immigration law and a proven track record of helping individuals navigate the complex immigration process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with visa applications and petitions
• Prepare and file immigration forms and documents
• Conduct legal research on immigration laws and regulations
• Advise clients on immigration options and strategies
• Attend immigration hearings and interviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Certification as an Immigration Consultant
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law
• Knowledge of current immigration policies and procedures
• Fluency in a second language is a plus
