Accident & Property Damage Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in accident and property damage cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents and pleadings
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Appear in court on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accident and property damage law
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated success in handling complex legal cases
