We are currently looking to fill the following position:

Job Title: General Contractor

Location: Houston, Texas

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deadlines
• Supervise and train construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met
• Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
