Job Description

As an Educational Services Coordinator at Learning Academy, you will play a key role in supporting our students and families. You will be responsible for coordinating educational programs, managing student enrollment, and ensuring the quality of our services. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tutoring sessions and academic programs for students
• Manage student enrollment and scheduling
• Communicate with students, parents, and tutors to ensure a positive experience
• Track student progress and provide regular updates to families
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new students
• Collaborate with educators and staff to improve program offerings
• Attend meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices in education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• 2+ years of experience in educational services or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and educational software
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed
