We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Machine Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of machinery to produce precision springs and metal stampings
• Perform set-ups and adjustments to machines as needed
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a machine shop or manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of spring coiling, flat springs, or metal stamping processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
