• 3+ years of experience in handling complex corporate transactions
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

As a Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney at Leeds Law Firm, you will work closely with clients to provide strategic advice on corporate matters, draft and review corporate documents, and represent clients in negotiations and transactions.

Employee Benefits & Worker Compensation Attorneys

Leeds Law Firm is seeking experienced attorneys with a specialization in Employee Benefits & Worker Compensation Law. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in handling employee benefits and worker compensation cases
• Expertise in ERISA, FMLA, and other relevant laws
• Proven track record of success in litigating complex worker compensation cases

As an Employee Benefits & Worker Compensation Attorney at Leeds Law Firm, you will work with a diverse range of clients to navigate the complex legal landscape of employee benefits and worker compensation. You will provide counsel on compliance issues, represent clients in administrative proceedings, and advocate for clients in court.

Attorneys

In addition to the specific practice areas listed above, Leeds Law Firm is also looking for talented attorneys with a passion for the law. The ideal candidate will have:

• A J.D. from an accredited law school
• A current license to practice law in the state of Leeds
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
