We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Automobile Body Repair Technician

As an automobile body repair technician at Lee’s Paint & Body, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Your duties will include:

  • Assessing vehicle damage and determining the best course of action for repair
  • Removing dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle surfaces
  • Repairing or replacing damaged parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors
  • Painting vehicles using precision techniques to match original colors
  • Performing quality checks to ensure work meets industry standards

2. Automobile Restoration Specialist

As an automobile restoration specialist at Lee’s Paint & Body, you will be responsible for restoring antique and classic vehicles to their former glory. Your duties will include:

  • Assessing the condition of vintage vehicles and developing restoration plans
  • Disassembling vehicles and repairing or replacing damaged parts
  • Performing custom paint jobs and detailing work to restore vehicles to their original appearance
  • Collaborating with customers to meet their specific restoration needs and preferences
  • Researching and sourcing authentic parts and materials for vintage vehicle restoration

3. Auto Appraiser

As an auto appraiser at Lee’s Paint & Body, you will be responsible for assessing the value of vehicles for insurance purposes. Your duties will include:

  • Inspecting vehicles to determine the extent of damage and estimate repair costs
  • Researching market trends and using industry tools to determine accurate vehicle values
  • Preparing detailed reports and documentation for insurance claims and settlements
  • Communicating with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers to provide appraisal information
  • Providing expert opinions and recommendations on vehicle repairs and values

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automobile body repair, restoration, or appraisal
  • Knowledge of automotive tools, equipment, and techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
