Position Overview

As a Community Engagement Manager at Legends, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that align with our company values and objectives. Your work will directly impact our ability to create a positive impact in the communities where we operate.

Responsibilities

• Identify and forge partnerships with community organizations to support outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop community-focused programs and events
• Serve as a liaison between Legends and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on key objectives
• Track and measure the impact of community engagement efforts and provide regular reports to senior management
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in community relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement or partnership development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
