We are currently seeking a talented Litigation & Tort Attorney to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of copyright infringement cases from inception to resolution
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
  • Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in copyright litigation
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
