Job Title: Loan Processor

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and verify loan applications to ensure all necessary information is included
• Collect and analyze financial information such as income verification, credit reports, and property assessments
• Communicate with clients to gather additional information and clarify any discrepancies
• Prepare and submit loan files to underwriting for approval
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process
• Monitor loan progress and provide regular updates to clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of loan processing software and systems
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
