Position: Mortgage Loan Officer

Location: Various locations nationwide

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Salary: Competitive salary plus commission

Job Responsibilities:

• Advise potential borrowers on suitable mortgage products based on their financial situation
• Educate customers on the home buying process and guide them through the mortgage application process
• Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid NMLS license
• Prior experience as a mortgage loan officer or in a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and lending processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
