Job Title: Foundation Repair Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess foundation issues in residential properties
• Develop and implement repair plans based on findings
• Install and repair foundation systems, including piers and beams
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns and provide solutions

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in foundation repair or construction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
