Job Description

As a Personal Injury Law Attorney at Lewis S Fleishman PC, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution. This includes conducting investigations, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. You will work closely with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the case to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Negotiate settlements
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
