We are Currently Hiring:

Position: Youth Pastor

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to guiding our youth in their faith journey and helping them develop a deeper relationship with God.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all youth ministry programs and activities
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to teenagers
• Organize and coordinate youth events, trips, and retreats
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist in youth ministry
• Work closely with church leadership to align youth programs with overall church vision

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology or related field
• Previous experience in youth ministry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with young people and helping them grow spiritually
• Familiarity with Baptist teachings and beliefs

Position: Worship Leader

We are also looking for a talented and enthusiastic Worship Leader to lead our congregation in worship through music.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead worship services each week
• Select and arrange music for services
• Coordinate with musicians and vocalists
• Create a worshipful atmosphere that engages the congregation
• Participate in rehearsals and music preparation

Qualifications:

• Proficient in playing a musical instrument (such as guitar or piano)
• Experience leading worship in a church setting
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Strong understanding of Christian worship practices
• Passion for leading others in worship
