Liberty Legal is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. As an Estate Planning Attorney at Liberty Legal, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate the complexities of estate planning, wills, and trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their estate planning needs
• Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Provide legal advice and guidance on estate planning strategies
• Collaborate with clients to create customized estate plans
• Review and revise existing estate planning documents
• Stay up-to-date on legal developments in the field of estate planning

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar as a practicing attorney
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning
• Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, and estate planning laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
