Position: Construction Equipment Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the construction industry
• Identify sales opportunities and work with customers to understand their equipment needs
• Promote and sell a range of construction equipment products and services
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction equipment sales
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Position: Building Materials Distribution Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the distribution of building materials to customers across the United States
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
• Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve distribution processes
• Lead a team of distribution staff and provide training and support as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in building materials distribution
• Strong knowledge of building materials and distribution processes
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to problem solve and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
