Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Life’s Little Blessings is also looking for a dynamic and experienced Day Care Center Director to oversee the overall operations of our childcare center. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a deep understanding of early childhood education, and a passion for providing high-quality care to children.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing center policies and procedures
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the childcare center
• Supervising and mentoring staff members
• Ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations
• Building positive relationships with parents and the community

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting
• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Current Director’s credential or the ability to obtain one

Job Title: School Teacher

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative School Teacher to join our team at Life’s Little Blessings. The School Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with state standards
• Differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all students
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive learning community
• Communicating effectively with parents and administrators
• Participating in professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Teaching certification or the ability to obtain one
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
