We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Coordinator.

About the Role

As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach programs to engage with communities in need. You will work closely with our partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and support. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and leaders
• Develop outreach strategies to reach marginalized populations
• Organize events and workshops to raise awareness and support for our programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of outreach efforts
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations
• Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, community development, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach or related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for social justice and community empowerment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
