• Maintain product knowledge and awareness of inventory levels.

• Assist with merchandising and product displays in the showroom.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the lighting industry.
• Strong knowledge of lighting fixtures, design principles, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• A passion for design and a creative eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
