Position: Lighting Fixtures Sales Associate

Job Description:

As a Lighting Fixtures Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right lighting fixtures to meet their needs. You will provide product recommendations, answer any questions they may have, and offer outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience. This position requires a strong knowledge of lighting fixtures and a passion for helping customers transform their spaces with the perfect lighting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting lighting fixtures that meet their style and budget preferences
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of different types of lighting fixtures and their features
• Answer customer questions and provide information on product specifications
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the lighting or home decor industry
• Strong knowledge of different types of lighting fixtures and their applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
