Lil Ikes Auto Collision is a leading auto repair and collision shop in the area, specializing in dent removal and metal finishing. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring their vehicles are returned to them in impeccable condition.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

1. Auto Repair & Service Technician

As an Auto Repair & Service Technician at Lil Ikes Auto Collision, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of mechanical issues on vehicles. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including engine problems and brake issues
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs needed and provide estimates
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

2. Dent Removal Specialist

As a Dent Removal Specialist at Lil Ikes Auto Collision, you will be responsible for repairing dents and dings on vehicles using specialized tools and techniques. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to restore vehicles to their original condition.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the extent of damage to determine the best repair method
• Use various tools and techniques to remove dents and dings from vehicles
• Sand and smooth out damaged areas to prepare for painting
• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

3. Metal Finisher

As a Metal Finisher at Lil Ikes Auto Collision, you will be responsible for refinishing metal surfaces on vehicles to restore their appearance. You must have experience with painting and finishing techniques and be able to work with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal surfaces for painting, including sanding and priming
• Apply paint and finish coats to vehicles using spray guns
• Blend paint to match existing color and texture
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in auto repair, dent removal, or metal finishing
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
