Job Description:

As a Professional Engineer at Lippke Cartwright & Roberts Inc, you will be responsible for leading engineering projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Conducting thorough research and analysis to identify the best engineering solutions
• Designing and developing engineering plans and specifications
• Overseeing the implementation of engineering projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborating with a team of engineers and other professionals to deliver high-quality results
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and support staff
• Participating in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and recommendations
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• A valid Professional Engineer license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering design and project management
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in engineering software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
