Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate at Liquor Palace, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect products to suit their needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will have the opportunity to learn about different types of liquor, educate customers, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to every person who walks through the door
• Assist customers in selecting products and making recommendations based on their preferences
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Must be 21 years of age or older
