Job Title: Child Care Provider

Job Description:

At Little Blooms Academy, we are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Child Care Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children and a strong desire to make a positive impact on their lives. The Child Care Provider will be responsible for creating a welcoming and stimulating environment for children, implementing age-appropriate activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in their care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times
• Plan and implement educational and recreational activities
• Maintain a clean and organized daycare environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working with young children preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for early childhood education
