Position: Child Care Teacher

Job Description:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of children in our care
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play
• Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being of each child
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents about their child’s development
• Follow all licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
